Tropical Protein Smoothie with One Fit


Our Tropical Smoothie tastes like summer while supporting you through busy days or post-workout recovery!

It has a blend of frozen banana, mango, coconut water, coconut yoghurt with a serving of One Fit vanilla protein for a refreshing, balanced and quick snack or meal on-the-go.

This smoothie both nourishes and energises, offering a source of quality protein, electrolytes and natural carbohydrates to keep you satisfied and hydrated!

Makes: 1 |  Time: 5 minutes

 

Ingredients:

  •  1 banana, frozen
  • 1 cup mango, frozen
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 scoop vanilla OneFit protein powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt, natural or vanilla
  • Optional: coconut chips and dried pineapple

 

Method:

  1. In a high speed blender, add banana, mango, protein powder and coconut water. Blend on high until thick and smooth.
  2. Place 1 tbsp of yoghurt down the bottom of your cup and use the remainder to swirl along the side of the glass. Pour smoothie into cup.
  3. Top with coconut chips and dried pineapple. Enjoy!
