Tropical Protein Smoothie with One Fit

Our Tropical Smoothie tastes like summer while supporting you through busy days or post-workout recovery!
It has a blend of frozen banana, mango, coconut water, coconut yoghurt with a serving of One Fit vanilla protein for a refreshing, balanced and quick snack or meal on-the-go.
This smoothie both nourishes and energises, offering a source of quality protein, electrolytes and natural carbohydrates to keep you satisfied and hydrated!
Makes: 1 | Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1 cup mango, frozen
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 scoop vanilla OneFit protein powder
- 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt, natural or vanilla
- Optional: coconut chips and dried pineapple
Method:
- In a high speed blender, add banana, mango, protein powder and coconut water. Blend on high until thick and smooth.
- Place 1 tbsp of yoghurt down the bottom of your cup and use the remainder to swirl along the side of the glass. Pour smoothie into cup.
- Top with coconut chips and dried pineapple. Enjoy!
