Mother’s Day Breakfast
A simple yet delicious morning treat for Mum! Bread Social is the ABSOLUTE go-to when it comes to Mother’s Day breakfast & this quick and easy recipe will have you serving up an absolute treat. The combination of tangy, sweet & crunchy is absolutely divine & the perfect way to show Mum how much you love her.

Ingredients:
- Bread Social Sourdough
- 1/2 cup Mungalli Organic Ricotta
- 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp Simply Organic Cinnamon
- 1/2 cup Mt Wilder Berries Wild Blueberries
- 2 tbsp Flannerys Certified Organic Raw Honey
- 2 tbsp Flannerys Pistachios (crushed)
Method:
- Slice two thick slices of Bread Social Sourdough & toast until lightly golden.
- Mix ricotta with half the lemon juice & cinnamon & set aside.
- In a pot on medium heat add blueberries and 1 tbsp honey, cook for about 2 minutes or starting to boil & remove from heat, stirring occasionally.
- Top toasted sourdough with ricotta mixture & blueberry mixture.
- Finally add crushed pistachios & another drizzle of honey.
