Tiramisu Overnight Oats

Perfect for breakfast or dessert, this protein-packed tiramisu is loaded with slow-releasing carbohydrates, protein, fibre & hidden greens. Plus, it’s incredibly creamy & satisfying. Be sure to use high-quality espresso for the best flavour—it makes all the difference!

  • 1 cup Flannerys Own organic rolled oats
  • 1 cup Mandole Orchard almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 60ml espresso
  • 1 scoop Whole Earth & Sea vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup Coyo Natural coconut yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp Flannerys Own cacao powder
  1. In a bowl, combine oats, almond milk, espresso & vanilla and stir well. Set aside overnight.
  2. When you are ready to serve, combine coconut yoghurt with protein powder. Layer espresso oats with coconut yoghurt & sift cacao powder on top. Repeat for both servings. Enjoy!
