Bring the taste of summer to your winter with this delicious coconut & pineapple smoothie! This three-ingredient smoothie is not only incredibly tasty but is super filling too – the perfect breakfast as we head into spring.

Springtime Smoothie


  • 2 cups organic pineapple chunks
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup @enjoypalms coconut milk


Pina Colada Smoothie


  1. Simply combine all ingredients in a blender, and mix until a smooth, creamy texture is formed.
  2. Divide the mixture between two glasses & decorate with sliced pineapple and banana leaves if you so desire.Note: Using frozen bananas will help thicken up your smoothie. If you choose to use fresh fruit, make sure to add a handful of ice to create that thicker texture.
