Watermelon Bowl



Summer is finally here and what better way to cool down than with a refreshing, cold watermelon smoothie bowl. Stay hydrated from this frozen watermelon and packed with goodness from the frozen strawberries and bananas.

Watermelon Smoothie Bowl

Serves: 1 Person
Time: 10 minutes

  • 1/4 watermelon
  • 250g strawberries
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 400ml coconut cream

Delicious Watermelon Smoothie Bowl

  1. Cube the watermelon, strawberries and banana and place in the freezer overnight
  2. Defrost lightly and place into a high speed blender with the coconut cream.

  3. Blend until well combined. This may take a couple of pulses.

  4. Pour into a bowl of your choice and top with edible flowers and cut outs from excess watermelon. I used moon and star cookie cutters to make my shapes.
