How much is Shipping, handling and freight?
Postal charges are based on the weight and dimensions of the Parcel(s) when lodged for delivery at "Australia Post" with all domestic (AUST) deliveries sent via Regular Post. This is a very reliable and cost-effective method.
If you need faster delivery, we can certainly arrange that. Just advise us in the "Additional Information" notes section when completing International customer orders will be sent via "International Airmail" by Australia Post.

How long will it take?
Most international deliveries take between 6 and 10 days, but please allow up to 21 days from the time you made your order to the arrival of your package.
Order processing and dispatch - Normally we have stock on hand to package and dispatch well within 24 hours of your online order. But sometimes we will need to source from our suppliers, and that could take 3 to 5 working days. In addition to the first email to you confirming your order, if there is going to be a delay we will notify you via email immediately. We also send an email when your order has been dispatched. Depending on your location, it can take a little longer, but on most deliveries it can be sooner. Regular Post arrives as quickly as the local service will allow, so we can't give you a definitive delivery time. For deliveries within Australia, your package will arrive within 2-5 working days. ** Note that Business Days does not include any public holidays that may delay shipping of your order.
Fundamental Food Store accepts responsibility for any loss of, damage to, late delivery or non-delivery of goods ordered from our web site. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fundies agrees to release our carriers from any liability relating to loss of, damage to, late delivery or non-delivery of any goods your order from this web site and to assign all rights to claim compensation or insurance against our carriers to us and expressly and irrevocably do so by clicking the following box. In rural and regional areas of Australia, delivery times for Express Parcel Services are in respect of delivery to the Post Office of the principal township in that area. Delivery to final destinations may take longer. If in doubt please check with your local Post Office.
Sold Out and Back Orders
You will be notified immediately if any item is sold out or on back order. Will contact you via email and then by telephone if we have not heard from you within 48hours. Credit card charges are not processed until an item is dispatched.
How do I go about returning a product?
To return a product, please contact us with your order ID number and the product from that order you wish to return to within 48 hours. Items are refunded if damaged in transit or incorrect item is packed at time of dispatched. Please include a proof of purchase (receipt and/or original order number) for all returns/exchanges. Be sure to include your name, address, and telephone number in the package as well. All refund requests should also include credit card details.
We also welcome your comments on how we can improve our merchandise and the quality of the product supplied to you. Please note that you are responsible for postage on returned merchandise.
