I’ve chosen this recipe for you because it’s a great summer salad.
It’s easy to prepare when you don’t have a lot of time and everyone
will love it.

It’s tasty,fresh and crispy

RECIPE
Honey Roasted Carrot and Green Bean Salad

Ingredients
  • 200gm Organic Green Beans
  • 8 Organic Carrots
  • 2 Tbs Rst Organic Sesame Seeds
  • 2 Tbs Raw Organic Honey
  • Handfull Organic Baby Spinach
  • Organic Olive Oil
  1. Blanch beans in salted boiling water for 2 minutes then drain and refresh in cold water.
  2. Peel carrots and quarter length ways, place in roasting dish with honey and a drizzle of olive oil.
  3. Roast in moderate oven until tender, allow to cool.
  4. In a bowl combine beans, carrots, baby spinach and sesame seeds.

* To roast sesame seeds, place in a hot pan and toss for 1 minute. No oil is required for this process.
